Beef Summer Rolls PAIRED with Paired with a 750ml bottle of Forbidden Root Cider – NC Blackberry cider with Nourishing Acres Baby Ginger & White Tumeric.
Lemongrass + Garlic Marinated beef Short Ribs turned spring roll. We rolled the locally sourced beef with rice noodles, pickled red onion, red bell peppers, cilantro, and local lettuces. Served with Hoisin Sauce.
Blueberry + Lemon Crostini PAIRED Tart Blueberry Cider 375mL bottle- Cedar Grove organic blueberries co-fermented with apple pairs beautifully with the honey drizzled blueberry crostini! Light, crunchy, creamy, sweet and fresh blueberries that burst with flavor drizzled with local honey and a zest of lemon.
We tossed these Blueberries (hopefully yours) in local Hawfield’s Honey, and lemon juice, then set them atop a salted crispy crostini with fresh ricotta, and drizzled it with more honey and lemon zest.
