Local Cheese Plate PAIRED with DeFi Pink Pet Nat Pinot Gris 2 x 3oz pours.  We are pouring our skin contact pinot gris rose that will leave you thinking, is this champagne of NC? Only 7 cases made.

Boxxcarr’s Campo, Boxcarr’s Cottonbell, Chapel Hill Creamery’s Calavander, Chapel Hill Creamery’s Carolina Moon, Ashe County Blu, Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Local Hawfields’s Honey, and Accidental Baker Crackers.


Beef Summer Rolls PAIRED with Paired with a 750ml bottle of Forbidden Root Cider – NC Blackberry cider with Nourishing Acres Baby Ginger & White Tumeric.

Lemongrass + Garlic Marinated beef Short Ribs turned spring roll. We rolled the locally sourced beef with rice noodles, pickled red onion, red bell peppers, cilantro, and local lettuces. Served with Hoisin Sauce.


Blueberry + Lemon Crostini PAIRED Tart Blueberry Cider 375mL bottle- Cedar Grove organic blueberries co-fermented with apple pairs beautifully with the honey drizzled blueberry crostini! Light, crunchy, creamy, sweet and fresh blueberries that burst with flavor drizzled with local honey and a zest of lemon.

We tossed these Blueberries (hopefully yours) in local Hawfield’s Honey, and lemon juice, then set them atop a salted crispy crostini with fresh ricotta, and drizzled it with more honey and lemon zest.

They feature Mardi Gras themed foods, like bourbon street beignets, french quarter crepes and  coffee.  They aim to satisfy and delight our customers by offering a  place where they can celebrate fresh local foods and get a taste of  Carnival as every day is mardi gras at Street Fare!

We are very passionate about promoting farm fresh ingredients in  an innovative way and are partnering with local businesses to build  excitement to both of our brands as well as promote local products in  a fun atmosphere.   We use fresh local eggs from Latta’s Egg Ranch, locally milled  flour from Lindley Mills, Hillsborough’s own coffee roaster Joe Van  Gogh.

Grab some beverages and pastries and enjoy a lovely afternoon outside. Whisk & Rye will be on the grounds serving up treats!. With a focus on French pastries (regular & vegan), and local ingredients you will love what they create in the bakehouse. Their coffee is also women supported, so you can feel great about what your drinking.

Winery Tour June 7th, 2020

Winery Tour

Your winery tour will be lead by the head cidermaker, cellar-master, pommelier or an assistant cidermaker.   Your tour includes a walk through the blueberry farm, a tour of the winery (its small, but filled with stories and love), a flight of wine/cider and a tasting glass.

Always @ 12:15pm.  $15 per person. Advanced ticket required.  Must be 21 to drink.
