Pastry Chef Deric McGuffey and Sommelier Amie Fields are throwing a Chocolate Pairing Party and teaching you how to host your own!
Ticket includes a chocolate flight paired to a flight of ciders and wines, as Amie and Deric teach participants the basics of pairing chocolate to cider, wine, beer and cocktails.
This will be a fun and informative event held in the winery at Botanist & Barrel. Expect to learn how to make chocolate covered fruits, how to pair flavors and how to mix easy delicious cocktails perfect for any holiday party.
