We are delighted to welcome back Ryan Bethea of Oysters Carolina to the farm!  Ryan has been featured on PBS. The oysters will be harvested the morning of the roast. Ryan has the most delicious and freshest oysters you can find.

🦪Two ticket option.

Both come with all you can eat NC oysters and NC shrimp plus the classic fixings and sides.   Also includes Botanist and Barrel cider mignonette and Chef Bills Kick Ass Cocktail Sauce.

      Includes a special “oyster pairing” glass of cider/wine.   (you can sub for beer or non-alc)

       $45/person (early bird pricing of $40 till Jan. 15th)

      Includes unlimited pours of cider/wine.

       $65/person (early bird pricing of $60 till Jan. 15th)
